My name is Scott Gilstrap. I founded AlluraLife because I felt there wasn't a good single website with enough quality information related to health, fitness, weight loss, and general well being info and products, under one roof, that effects the quality of life.
I have an extensive background in Healthcare administration and I am a health and fitness enthusiast. I began my healthcare career in the US Air Force active duty branch as a health care management specialist, and later as a health care administrator. After I seperated from Active Duty, I remain a Medical Service Corps (MSC) officer today in the US Army Reserves Medical Corp. My professional career has ranged from medical information systems, and now a senior healthcare executive. I am currently the President and CEO of a major health research center, which is a subsidiary of a major non-profit academic health network.
The goal of this site is to deliver to you quality, updated, and current content, particularly related to good health, fiitness, and general of life issues ranging from beauty, psychological, family, and relationships.
